On its initial release in 2013, Sony announced that the app is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. It is also compatible depending on the versions of Android smartphones and tablets.

The system verifies each account, and there is a possibility that you will be seen as a duplicate. Once prompted, and you have to fill in the information and select your new region of choice.
